Services We Provide
We’re a distributor, so of course we hold lots of stock, provide credit, and we deliver. Our commercial and retail sales teams are highly trained to help you choose the right solution for your customer. Our presales team can configure complex server, storage, network or security solutions. Our Product Managers and marketing team do innovative promotions on behalf of our vendors. If you need special pricing to win against a competing brand, we’ll work with the vendor to try to get a better price. Many of our brands have no staff in New Zealand so we’re trained to represent the vendor here, to meet with end customers, whatever it takes. Tell us what you need to achieve and we will do whatever we can to make it happen.
How to place an order
Exeed online is exeed’s e-commerce site, available 24/7. It’s designed to give you the freedom to quickly and easily browse through our extensive range of products and view pricing and availability. You can place orders, view your account information, download invoices. You can also place an order via EDI and email.
Taking care of delivery
We use high quality couriers that deliver nationwide. But if you prefer, you can pick up from our Auckland warehouse. We’ll ship keyed orders from our Auckland warehouse until 5pm, later than any other IT distributor in NZ.
Making returns easy…
If you’ve bought a product that we normally stock, and it’s unopened and in its original packaging, then returns within seven days are OK. Just go to our returns portal by clicking here and log your return there, we’ll be back to you quickly.
